Dyspnea: Lying down causes dyspnea. This could be some type of orthopnea. Do you have sob otherwise?

Nocturnal: Shortness of breath during the night is seen in some cases of asthma as a reaction to changes in temperature or barometric pressure. There may be associated dry cough or wheezing,also.
