Ringworm: This sounds like a fungal infection of the skin. Please go to the pharmacy and purchase an over the counter anti-fungal cream. You can ask the pharmacist for recommendations. If it does not improve in 2-3 weeks you may need to see a doctor to prescribe stronger medication. Good luck!
