Eczema: Use a cream containing a ceramide such as Eucerin Eczema Relief or Aveeno (oatmeal) Eczema Care, especially after washing. Wash with skin cleanser made for dry skin such as Dove. Try hydrocortisone cream. If this does not do enough, your DR. will give you a prescription steroid cream. No cure. So you will be doing maintainance off and on for a long time.
