Get Medical check up: WE can help you but need to know more about the pain such as its location, severity, duration and if there is any factor that makes it better(rest?) or worse?weight bearing? movement. Any history of trauma? Ultimately you will need to be examined by a physician, in order to locate the cause of pain. This may need X-rays and Imaging studies of your leg(painful area) and or spine.

Lower leg pain: clearly this needs to be evaluated to determine if this is a vascular related issue. A physical exam by a vascular surgeon would be a good start, and perhaps at that time noninvasive arterial/venous duplex ultrasound would be done. Other possible issues that could cause this discomfort may be related to musculoskeletal-lower back issue.
