Lymph node size: Hello, yes, it is normal for a lymph node to be the size of a pea. Any changes from this size would be abnormal and should be brought to your doctor’s attention. Since each of us has different conceptions of a “pea size” I’d recommend having your doctor review your neck at this time. Also examine your armpits and groin area where lymph nodes are closest to the skin where they can be easily felt.
