If worse, see doctor: Any stomach flu or food poisoning type of illness can cause an adult some nausea, bloating, vomiting, diarrhea, tummy pain or cramps, fever, chills, sweating, dizziness, etc... A person can have some or all of these symptoms. If symptoms are mild, they might go away in a day or two. Avoiding meals, and instead drinking a little (maybe 1.5 ounces) each half hour while awake, can decrease diarrhea.
