Nope, won't help: Fusidic acid (Fucidin) works against bacteria but not yeast. It won't help and could make a yeast infection worse. If you have a vaginal yeast infection, you probably need vaginal treatment with an "azole" product. Discuss with your doctor to confirm the diagnosis and get specific treatment advice. Good luck.
