Unexplained bruising with pain and swelling. upper back pain, then bruising on forearm, then on stomach and now on fingers. wbc and rbc a little high.

Get further testing.: You need more than a WBC and RBC possibly. You may need blood clotting studies and testing of your liver function (which affects clotting times). Please see your doc again. Avoid any over the counter meds and supplements for now, if possible. And no drinking or recreational drugs!
