Recovery: The stress of a head stroke or injury can cause other problems. Thyroid, adrenal. Sometimes simply just fatigued from insult. Given the time period some labs may help.

I wa seen in the ER. They felt it was BPPV. They did a CT of my head to rule out stroke. They also did. a 12 leas ekg that was borderline abnormal when compared to one I had two years ago. It had sinus rhythm with fusion complexes & low voltage qrs
