I have bladder pressure and always feel the need to urinate. i went to the doctor already and they said there was no infection. i could be pregnant but it would have been from less than two weeks ago, is it possible to experience symptoms already?

Possible not likely: Urinary frequency this early in the pregnancy is unlikely as the uterus has not yet had a chance to expand and put pressure on the bladder.
