Amniotic sac: fragment, if bleeding heavy talk to your doctor ASAP, if bleeding is same as before passing the fragment of membranes (amniotic sac), keep track of bleeding or developing fever, or increasing pain.

Donot worry : You are still in your postpartum period which stays for almost 6 weeks so you will see off and on bleeding and some tissue coming count of your uterus ,Donot worry ,only time you have to worry about if you have any other symptoms like fever ,pain and excessive bleeding then you have to see your obgyn
