Relax + get checked!: The best test will be to have a history and physical by your doctor. You may be of or nearing an age to have screening tests for breast and colon cancer (mammography / colonoscopy). Depending on your family history and exam findings your doctor may have other recommendations. Remember there is no single test for cancer - there are a lot of cancers and you are a unique individual.

Several things: Depends on the cancer you are looking for. If symptoms arise, dr will seek answers. Important to see dr. Regularly (physical exams, skin checks), get routine blood work, do routine health maintenance screening tests, mammos, pap smears, colonoscopies, etc. Good luck.
