Tinea corporis: This sounds like a yeast infection on the skin. It is most likely to occur in skin folds with poor air flow where it is warm and moist. This is best treated with topical Nystatin powder which you should be able to buy over the counter. This is a good start while she waits to be seen for a recommended breast exam!

Fungal: This sounds like a fungal rash and occurs from sweating, you may try otc antifungal creams but she may need a prescription depending on the severity of her rash.
