I have got stomach ache and numbness in my legs what could that be ?

Numbness in legs: Would follow up today with ER as that is not usual. if you have diarrhea illness like food poisoning some like campylobacter are linked to neurologic sequela , rarely salmonella,. You also may have B 12 deficiency and due or diet , GI issue- ( H pylori) or meds or pernicious anemia ( rare at young age) may have numbness. Would not wait and would get checked out today.
