Zolfresh: Be aware that ambulax is a tranquilizer. Taking it as well as zelfresh, a sleeping pill, may cause too much sedation when used together. At any age I discourage regular use of sleeping pills. It's much more preferable to consult a specialist in sleep disorders who will critique your habits and instruct you in healthier ways to improve your sleep without the use of hypnotics which can become habit.
