Last month i started to get few bumps on my leg - after swimming in pool. i am pretty sure it is molescum contagisum. maybe 4. not painful. 1 is getting itchy a lot and is looking more red now. what do i do? leave it alone?

I do not know why you are so sure those lesions are due to molluscum contagiosum but I doubt. You can use cold compress or lidocaine ointment (OTC) for itching and localized redness. If the redness extends with pain, you should see your doctor for possible need of antibiotic.
