Urinary urgency: Urinary urgency is the sensation of needing to void. There are several conditions that cause this. Bladder infections, Interstitial cystitis, urethral syndrome, STDs and others are potential causes. Consider seeing an Obgyn or Urogynecologist to begin the evaluation.
