Sugar: and other junk food can trigger a blood sugar imbalance causing headache, irritability, etc. Cinnamon on your food, where possible, can help balance things out and, of course, minimize junk food and sugar intake. Peace and good health. Stevia can be a replacement for sugar, even in baking.
