Sometimes, i get a headache after i yell. the headache lasts throughout the day. why does this happen?

Tension and pressure: This is related to the tension in the neck and facial muscles required to yell and to the increased intracranial pressure that occurs with yelling. Sometimes a headache sticks with you for a few hours.
