7wks post endo ablation, have very painful ovulation pain with blood/bloody discharge, is this anything to worry about? (never experienced before)

Pelvic pain requires and examination to help organize the evaluation. Cyclic pelvic pain could be endometriosis or a variety of other gynecologic causes
