Unknown: Irregular periods are quite common. If this is a one time thing then the body usually self corrects. You may want to monitor your cycles for the next few months and see. If you are still bleeding irregularly then see and obgyn to discuss options for cycle correction. If your discharge continues see a doctor for testing.
