DLCO/PFTs: I would recommend a six minute walk test, DLCO and Pulmonary function testing if you are still short of breath. If these tests are also normal, other causes do include anxiety. Cardio-pulmonary disease should be ruled out definitively and an EKG 12 lead also performed.
