Hibiscus tea: At your age, the amount of estrogen in your system is very low, unless you are taking estrogen supplementation. Hibiscus tea does not have enough composition to increase fibroid size, so if you have an enlarged uterus, or abnormal bleeding, see your gyn provider immediately.
