Rectal lump: You may have a cyst or abscess. You can try sitting in warm water to allow the inflammation to subside and for the lump to come to a head and rupture. Unless you have someone to examine the site for you or use a mirror or if you are able to crane your neck enough to see the site, self treatment might be awkward. Go see the campus medical department.
