Oral sex & HIV: Your conscience is "crying out" for some attention with this question and prudence and HIV testing is the answer to this question. Like any other sexual relationship, if you don't know the partner well enough to know or ask about STD status prior to engaging in "sharing bodily fluids" then demurring is best to avoid serious medical consequences.(just say no).
