Balanitis: Is the other name for posthitis. Creams containing a mix of antifungal and steroid and antibacterial can be helpful. Im not exactly sure what combination preparations are available in Sth Africa over the counter Perhaps discuss further with pharmacy. If troublesome and recurring may be worth getting GP to check the prediabetes hasnt progressed to diabetes as is common in diabetic males
