Golfer's elbow,: or medial epicondylitis, is an overuse injury. Treatment: rest (no golf or other repetitive activities) until pain is gone; ice the affected area;OTC pain reliever (ibuprofen, naproxen, etc); a counter force brace. See a Physiatrist/Physical Therapist for a stretching and strengthening program..eccentric strengthening exercises have been show to be effective. Rarely surgery is necessary. Good luck
