Im asthmatic and on chronic medicine twice a day (symbicort turbohaler, flomist, neo claryntine). im not feeling unwell or like im having an asthma attack but can feel that im not breathing 100% and am sounding very hoarse. is something wrong?

Yes: The hoarseness may be from the Symbicort especially if you didn't gargle and rinse out the cortisone deposited on your throat area after each treatment. You may also have vocal cord dysfunction which may be associated with phonation and a sense of not getting enough breath in. Consult an allergist.
