The normal pH: of the vagina is 4.5 or less which is on the low, acidic side. Higher vaginal ph's can be associated with inflammaton/vaginitis.This isn't a number you can actually control or monitor but, in general, healthy vulvar/vaginal practices include:clean with plain warm water; change tampons/pads frequently during period; use condoms--semen has pH of 7.1-8; refrain from douching.Yogurt with lactobacilli?
