A member asked:

I know i have kidney stones, i believe i should be passing them soon but is there anyway to ease my vaginal discomfort/excruciating pain other than pain medication? the pain medication works for the back/abdominal pain but not the vaginal pain.

Urologist: you can see urologist to determine if you are a candidate for surgical removal of the stones. You may also be a candidate for lithotripsy. You also will want to make sure the stones are not causing any blockage or obstruction. Kidney stones often cause referred pain to other areas such as the vagina
