It happens: Baby girls have girl parts and they are stimulated by mothers hormones during the pregnancy. A percentage of newborn girls will have the equivalent of menses. This usually starts after day 2 and lasts a few days. It would never be expected after day 7-10. The volume is seldom more than would cover a cotton ball. Breast enlargement has a similar origin & can effect girls or boys for a few months.
