Concerning: It's unclear where this watery blood is coming from? If coming from your breast, seek attention immediately as blood from breast can be a sign of cancer. Breast milk production isn't normal either and is not due to mirena, (levonorgestrel) this is something you would also want to see physician for to make sure no tumor in brain. Sounds like a visit to doctor is in order. Best wishes.
