Maybe, yes and yes: The research on late nite eating is one study in mice and not proven in humans; it was when the mice only ate during hours they usually sleep so was an extreme situation; snacking before bedtime not yet proven harmful -see https://tinyurl.com/y783srff There is a stronger link with obesity as obesity causes inflammation- see https://tinyurl.com/y76k4zgx Losing weight should help.
