Sorry: but eventually you are more likely than not to require a form of hip replacement since there is no treatment for AVN of the hip. Best bet is to start to investigate where this will be performed! I strongly suggest an academic teaching center affiliated hospital and a surgeon who does MANY of these procedures annually!!!
