Dear doctor, kindly advise what one can do to avoid a hop replacement with avn of the hip. are there any precautions we can take avert surgery thanks?

Sorry: but eventually you are more likely than not to require a form of hip replacement since there is no treatment for AVN of the hip. Best bet is to start to investigate where this will be performed! I strongly suggest an academic teaching center affiliated hospital and a surgeon who does MANY of these procedures annually!!!
