See doctor ASAP: If the diagnosis of UTI is correct, it is possible the bacteria causing it is not susceptible to the antibiotic and has spread into the kidney. Or the diagnosis may have been wrong: certain genital and abdominal infections can also cause UTI-like symptoms, especially STDs if at risk -- and your symptoms could be a fallopian tube infection (PID). Maybe this isn't serious, but don't take the chance
