Stomach cramps: Able to sleep? Cramps is a sign of irritation. May be gastritis with or without H pylori or gallbladder, .if pain is in right lower abdomen we worry about appendicitis and it may be associate with diarrhea or constipation, usually the pain is severe enough that people go to an ER/ doc, not always. Would follow up w/ doc today.
