More info would help: Age? History? If I assume you have no medical history related to the sensitive area, you are say 25 years old, it's at the crown of your skull, and on exam there is nothing to see, your symptom would be best described as "hypesthesia", an exaggerated response to sensory input. This is likely a learned response developed from a childhood superstition that you could easily extinguish. see a doctor.
