Menses irregular: Quirks in menstrual periods occur with some frequency, and there is not always an obvious answer. You may have spontaneously aborted an early pregnancy. If this keeps up or is associated with other symptoms would suggest that you then go and see a gynecologist and get examined. If nothing else happens, just stay well. Best.
