Little or no risk: Not a dumb question. But there is little or no risk from this. It requires heavy exposure to catch hantavirus, which is why it only happens in people directly exposed to large amounts of rodent droppings. It is very unlikely that enough virus that went airborne would still be concentrated enough to spread infection from another site like clothing.
