Are you sure?: Are you sure that they are ants? Ants are not attracted to vaginal secretions. If there are ants in your underwear then they are likely present wherever you are storing your underwear prior to use. My concern is that these are not ants but rather pubic lice (crabs). Consider seeing an Obgyn for an examination and testing
