Non specific: Prominence of ascending aorta seen in systemic hypertension, aortic value abnormalities, coarctation (area of stenosIs of descending aorta) or aneurysmal dilation. Usually have concurrent murmur, hypertension, or difference in blood pressure between arms and legs. At disadvantage not seeing radiograph, possibly technical issue in positioning.I would contact radiologist and your Dr.for explanation
