Frequent bouts diarrhea, stomach pain, get hot almost pass out,nauseated, get full after a few bites of food, not hungry much, sometimes hard for bowels to even move have to take meds to move them. over 6 months now. what could be wrong?

Stomach pain: Are you anemic ? Weight loss? Could be inflammatory or irritable bowels. May also be gastritis with or without H pylori, gallbladder or pancreas. But at 63 could also be mass in colon or ovarian/ uterine mass pressing on the bowel . You need a thorough work up with CT abdomen pelvis, , and colonoscopy Follow up w/gastroenterologist.
