Nonspecific: These symptoms are nonspecific but since they involve both the lower and upper gastrointestinal tract they could indicate a viral infection or intolerance to something you ate and diarrhea may develop. Try eating bland, low fat foods and avoid harsh roughage, caffeine,alcohol and tobacco. Take antacid like mylanta for stomach burning. See your physician if symptoms persist or worsen.
