Ascending UTI: You appear to have from your symptoms a ascending urinary tract infection that may have reached the kidneys from the bladder. You need to see a MD immediately and get treated if that is the case before a blood borne infection (septicemia) occurs which can be life threatening. Your MD can also evaluate you for serious kidney function diseases as well.
