I was treated for chlamydia and gonorrhea with azythromicin and cefexime as a previous oral partner had tested positive. 2 weeks later i feel pain when urinating in the bladder and also penis. i feel very worried and stressed about this. i am abroad ?

Urinary pain: You need to see a physician, and get a urine culture with the first specimen in the AM to make sure the antibiotics you took were correct for the type of bacteria you had. They may be resistant to azythromicin and cefexime.
