Late for period: Eighteen days late for a period with 35 day regular cycles is not unusual. Ovulation takes place 14 days before a period, even with 35 day cycles, so Dec. 2 is only about 14 days from your ovulation. If no period in 7-10 days, get a serum HCG test from your provider to see if you are pregnant. "18 days past ovulation" would be day 39, on a 35 day cycle, so that would be December 6 or 7.
