Nail and skin spots: This is one time where diagnosis is just not possible without the dermatologist or other trained physician seeing the lesions up close and personal. There are many conditions which could cause the problem you are seeing, and a follow up to observe this, with appropriate photography, should be considered and you should see a dermatologist as soon as possible.
