Over the last few years i noticed lots of telangiectasia and more blue veins appearing on my chest + around the costal arch. what could this be due to?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see a doctor. In an adult, cirrhosis can cause such lesions. Wish you good health!
