Dermatologist: Since this is a persistent skin problem and interferes somewhat with some activities of daily living, it should be evaluated, diagnosed and treated by a dermatologist. Dyshidrotic eczema or excessively dry skin may be the problem. Nevertheless you need an expert in skin disorders to take over.
