Probably not: It sounds like you may have slept on it and temporarily cut off some of your blood supply to that arm. If it reoccurs while awake, I would see a doc because there are other things besides stroke that can cause this too. If you are very concerned and have family history of stroke at a young age, I would see a doc! Be well.
